It all begins with an idea. This redesigned e-commerce experience for L.L.Bean blends the brand’s iconic outdoor heritage with a refreshed digital interface. The goal was to make online shopping feel like the start of an adventure: intuitive, warm, and visually grounded in nature Improved navigation, simplified checkout flows, and bold product imagery help users find what they need quickly and confidently across desktop and mobile. Playful touches, including a custom illustrated “Trail Not Found” 404 page, reinforce brand personality and reward exploration. This concept demonstrates how thoughtful UI design can guide customers from curiosity to checkout while staying true to the spirit of the trail.
